This is scam and disgusting.. if you see the website it looks very nice but as soon as you enter in from the main gate there is disgusting smell coming from walls carpets and stairs. They advertise breakfast but there is no breakfast. They accused us for smoking and tempering the smoke alarm and charged my card £150 without even informing us. Unique place to stay not too far from the coast. All communication from the hotel was through WhatsApp and email. Strange not seeing a human for check in. I had a nice time in Brighton but I'm not sure I'd stay here again. Bad points: car parking is a nightmare. They offer a ticket for £20 per night but the street is too full so I'm glad I waited and didn't pay. Would have been a waste of money. I had to park in the bingo car park 8 mins away. A kind of hotel without staff. You check in online and get a door code. The decor is a bit (Brighton) quirky but the place is clean and well equipped. Our room had a kitchenette with microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. We had an issue with the hot water during our stay - the management response was quick. Very reasonable rates. The location is excellent for the city centre.
