Their brisket is without a doubt the best I've had the bark has a great flavor and not dry, their beef ribs are like roast -falls apart and is so good!! Pork ribs are great, now I like salt so on a personal level they could use a little more but just fine without it. The mac and cheese is good along with the beans, wasn't a fan of the coleslaw though it's stated vinigar based. Now if I may say, Hutchins is good but Cattleack Is great.... Yes, one guy cutting meat is way to slow. But it's the best in Dallas for sure!!
My first time at Cattleack and it was great i had "The Toddfather" it was amazing. We got there around 9:30 and the line developed quickly!! Everything looked great and i will be back soon!! worth the wait but get there early. Keep up the great work guys.

Best BBQ I've ever had! Everything on the menu is delicious, but the meat is SO AMAZING, I suggest skipping the sides and going for double the meat :)
After standing in line for 2 hours all I could think about is a Harry Chaplin song, "A better place to be". While the Brisket was good it was not wait 2 hours good. There are a lot of places in Dallas with BBQ just as good if not better with a more manageable wait. Like most BBQ places the side were mediocre at best. The wait is a result of only having one person cutting and the location of the warmers in my opinion.
