Came on first Saturday, showed up about 10:15 (15 minutes before open), and the line wasn't too bad (I thought), but didn't end up getting food until close to 1:00pm. Took it to go, brought it home, and pretty much went into a food coma after that. Had sliced beef, pulled pork, pork ribs, all three kinds of sausage, and all of the sides. My favorite meat was the beef, then the ribs. For the sides I really loved the cheesy jalapeño grits, the burnt end beans, and the potato salad. Although the meats were great, the cutters and the cashier slow the process down. Standing in line for 1 1/2 hours is a little excessive. I can normally get through the Pecan Lodge line in roughly 30-45 minutes these days. There shouldn't be EMPTY tables with a line like that. That screams of inefficiency. If they correct this issue, they will be able to crank out food in half the time.
