Great BBQ!!! Had Brisket, Beef Rib, and Sausage and loved them all! Sides were good also!
Long, slow line and my meat was cold by the time we finally sat down. Had a sweet seasoning and not the best BBQ I've had.
Pastrami burnt ends are original. Hatch chili sausage is crisp and excellent. Beef bone and brisket were top notch. My new favorite dallas bbq joint.
Visiting from Chicago and we all know Chicago people are picky about food. My brother suggested this little gem. Stood in line 2 hours and it didn't disappoint. Seasoned well, friendly staff, walked me thru the process and the cashier is a Prince fan? I knew I was in the perfect place.
#3? ok I need to find out whose got better brisket, turkey or ribs. Sides would be tough to match either. Worth the wait. Surely a meat to please any pallet. Super friendly wait staff. I'm a fan. Come early and bring a friend or a book to pass the time.
Showed up a 1 p.m. (as soon as we could get over after our plane landed) and wasn't surprised that they'd run out of a lot of stuff. What they had left over was still excellent. Our favorite item was the pastrami burnt ends. Pulled pork and sausage was also good.
