The Brisket is the best I have ever had, Pork ribs in the top 3 or 4, as good as it was no food is worth waiting in line for 2 hours...just my opinion.
As good as any of the legendary Central Texas spots. And, no question, the new DFW king!

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this place. That's not what you want to hear...the brisket was pretty amazing! It was well seasoned, charred perfectly, & the amount of fat was spot on. It was moist and tasty! The turkey was tender, but very peppery. It was good. I thought the pulled pork was a little dry, I hunted for fatty bits. I wasn't a fan of the greens. Amazing brisket. Probably the best I have ever had. 1 1/2 hour wait was worth it, but they should have more folks cutting the meat.
Great BBQ!!! Wish I would have been able to try the Meat Ribs, however I did try the sausages, brisket, pork ribs, and pulled pork. All were amazing. The wait is a bit too much, at about 1 1/2 hr, but worth it.
Great BBQ!! It was worth the wait! But I wish it wasn't as expensive.
