Just recently moved to area and used to donate my unwanted items to cats protection in another area so thought id donate to this one .found staff very snotty and unwelcoming so wont be going back in here unfortunately
How is it ok that this shop does not have an accessible entrance? After navigating down the treacherous lower high street paving I find I can't get in to this shop. Staff watched and offered no assistance. Stourbridge is in a deep decline. The lack of consideration and care for others is distressing.
it is a scandal that this shop is nearly always closed. The shop was brilliant and raised much needed funds for the organisation. Such poor management has let so many poor unwanted cats down as well as the good people of stourbridge. Please get your act together and reopen.
Lovely shop - very reasonable prices - but hardly ever open when on line says it should be ! Have 2 phone up now 2 check ! Friendly staff - such a shame they not have regular volunteers 2 keep it open !!!
