Blonde lady who took my donation today, referred to as Agnieszka by another staff member, has an attitude problem. Not a nice experience dealing with someone who treats the public this way, who could well put people off donating to this shop.

Lady behind till think russian is very rude. Shop is a mess never used to be like that. Won't be going back. Lady needs to learn some customer service. So rude very unpleasant experience
