(Warning to Shoppers) I want to warn anyone thinking of visiting this shop about my recent experience. A very tall worker, wearing an Aston Villa shirt and glasses, stared at me constantly from the moment I walked in until I left. As an older lady of small stature, I found this extremely intimidating and upsetting. No one should have to feel unsafe while browsing in a charity shop. I will not be going back, and I would advise others to be cautious when visiting.
I rarely leave reviews but after today's experience, I feel obligated to. I have been a regular customer here for many years. I support the charity as much as I can. The staff have always been attentive and approachable. Until recently I would have gave this store 5* but your new staff member (tall, bald always in an Aston Villa shirt) has made me think twice about ever shopping here again. Went there this morning (Sunday) to donate some items. The shop was shut at gone 11am .... even though says is open at 10am
