I popped into this lovely shop, not really expecting anything, on the scrounge for rags.....I explained that I was part of a wee team of volunteers who go into the city to catch, help, and release pigeons whose feet have become entangled in string/human hair. We helped eight pigeons yesterday.....so were running out of the tee-shirt sleeves that we pop the pigeons into to keep them safe and calm whilst we tend to their feet.
