I stayed in the self catering cabin for a few nights . Jane was a really lovely host , very responsive and attentive. The location is absolutely fantastic and it’s a real experience to stay right in the cathedral close. The room itself is comfortable and clean with a lovely sitting area outside . There are basic cooking facilities so it’s fine for preparing very basic meals which was perfect for me . It is not a hotel room but a quiet and comfortable place to stay in a beautiful location. Thank you !

We stayed at the property for two nights, and would have left after the first night if we were able to find accommodation with car parking close by. The hostess was amicable and helpful, however the cleanliness was terrible. The property requires a deep clean and a declutter. We declined the offer of breakfast (cornflakes or toast) and organised our own. We cleaned round the bathroom as it did not reach what we consider a basic standard.
