In July 2023 I ordered 5 bespoke signet rings and pendants with photograph on to me made out of some of my late mothers gold, the signet rings was lovely when I got them back, even though they didn't have little diamond set in them as agreed, but the pendants came back as just a round disc with no photograph on them, after trying for months to communicate with the owner, I got nowhere, so I contacted trading standards who told me to send action before court email, which i did, still no reply from the owner just her husband a... read more
