Willie had done some work for a neighbour of my mum so I asked for their opinion and they spoke very highly of him. Willie arrived on time to quote for the job, was extremely knowledgeable and offered us the most practical and cost-effective solution. William and his team were excellent- pleasant, prompt and hard working. William came out quickly to assess the roof, taking time to explain everything whilst demonstrating interest and knowledge of the job. The work was carried out quickly, with regular updates and photos. There was zero upselling and the job came in under the initial quote. Pleased to have found reliable and knowledgeable roofer.
After spending thousands of dollars, my roof still leaks. I wish I had never hired them. Complete waste of money.
The roof started leaking again after just one heavy rain. I called them multiple times but they kept giving excuses instead of fixing it.
