Joke company! Their shops are never open in the morning at the stations and their complain about the salaries when they are open
This bad review has nothing do to with the staff who were lovely. I purchased a 16 pack of anadin extra at Perth station as I had a migraine. I was charged £4.80 for a product which is half that price in other stores. Totally ripping of customers and taking advantage of a captive audience.
Halifax branch Server 6 - Angela B made my day . It was cold and miserable on 1st of December . A coffee and papers I wanted for my journey and her friendly and efficient service cheered me no end . Thank you Angela .
