I had a very strange experience at this location and feel the need to share. I took my son in for a routine teeth cleaning and it was completed in no more than 10 minutes! I could not believe that they were able to get my son situated and have all of his teeth professionally cleaned in such a short amount of time. They attempted to charge me $130 for this. If I could give 0 stars, I would! The BrightNow Dental practice in Centerville on Wilmington Pike went several months with no hygienist at all and has had only a single, part time hygienist for over a year. This has been the reason stated by the office for numerous cancellations. We have received now multiple cancellation calls for our family of 4 all within 2 hours of our appointments, on the same day. I've been a patient of Brightnow Dental for over 10 years, back when their office was located in Springfield, OH. I never experienced a problem until they moved to Huber Heights, OH. First, I had to reschedule a January appointment due to the Covid flu. The day I showed up on my rescheduled appointment (March 2), the office had no clue why I was there (supposed to be a cleaning) but rather had me on their new patient list. My daughter has dental coverage and "Bright Now Dental" and "Dr A***, ******" are an In network provider for our plan for oral Surgery. We made an appointment for a wisdom tooth removal. The above charged my daughter $290.00 plus $54.00 for an evaluation OUT OF POCKET "In case the insurance doesn't pay the claim." It was all good until it was time to be reimbursed! I was advised they were not in network with my insurance company so I paid out of pocket over $500. The lady at the front desk said she’d file the claim on my behalf and to look for s reimbursement check from my insurance in a few weeks. That was in March, I still haven’t been reimbursed. SCAMMING/RECRUITING Complaint! I can’t believe a company would allow scammers online to use their name to recruit people. I can understand maybe the first few times it occurred your company may have not been aware of what was happening. This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. Went in to have a chip fixed on my front tooth and the dentist put bonding material on my porcelain front tooth. It fell off the next day. Came to discover that you cannot put bonding material on a porcelain tooth. I was told I would get a refund and this has not happened. The office manager has treated me very poorly both in voice communication and not extending me a full refund. She wants me to pay for and examination this, in my opinion, incompetent dentist did. Our complaint is on Bright Now! Dental ***** * ******** *** ***** ** ******* **. My husband had an appointment on March 20th. Prior to that appointment I reached out to my Insurance to make them aware of our upcoming appointment and requested they proactively send my Benefits summary to the Bright Now location. They have a scam going regarding “deep cleaning” and dont explain it very well. The tell you are not eligible for a regular cleaning....Deep cleaning is over 500 dollars...: They Were very rude when confronted regarding not being explained things fully and flippant
