Monarch dental is very unorganized calling customers for visits on the wrong dates. My major complaint is that I went in for two visits and had a deep cleaning performed. The first visit they billed my insurance company and myself correctly. The second visit they completely botched up the billing process. They billed me twice for something that was only done once. I have been taking my kids to Monarch since they were little. So I needed to have all of my teeth pulled and get dentures. Going to Monarch was a huge mistake and a waste of my money. They didn't give me any instructions after I had my teeth pulled and the dentures put in. I went back and she yelled at me because I had not taken them out. My daughter had her first cavity and had to have a cap placed on her tooth. She was not allowed to eat or drink the night before or morning of. The appointment was first thing in the morning and the dentist was 45 minutes late. People at this office can evidently tell another person they have him disease without actually looking at their mouth.Zero explanations let alone anything to support their statements prompted me to take my business elsewhere.
Bright Now Dental in Antioch left me fearful to ever see a dentist again. They would put 3 persons in separate rooms and you could hear the doctor working on one, then going on to next, and next. While getting a cleaning I was told 2 weeks later the hygenist was poked with an infected tool that was used on me and I had to go get outside lab work. It took 2 more weeks before it was authorized. HORRIBLE!!! I went in for an emergency appointment they scheduled me for at 1 pm. I am in pain! I come in at 12:40 Pm. Due to their being behind, they didn't take lunch, so all appointments at 1 pm had to wait 30 minutes. THEN, they finally take X-rays, finally sit me down and the doctor looks in my mouth and says I'm going to prescribe antibiotics. I ask why? What do you see? What do you recommend? I called and booked an appointment with another castle dental 4 months ago for October 30th and days before my appointment they call me to say "I have no idea how you got an appointment booked but we don't have a dentist here" mind you that I called them directly to book an appointment and this is in fact a dentist office.
