This review is for Castle Dental in **************, **. Trashy company. Pure garbage. I see why they have a D- rating. If you go see these people you are a SUCKER. So i wanted an appointment for a cleaning. Just a basic cleaning. I have no problem with my teeth. No issues at all. They said i had to have x-rays, and a exam before i had a cleaning. This place is ******. I would not have my pets seen here, let alone have dental work done. Long hairs on counter tops, filth on the floor looking like it had not been cleaned in years and no customer service what so ever. The loosely applied name of receptionist to a person too busy on the phone and computer ( like playing a game instead of work related things ). Unfortunately I am extremely dissatisfied with Bright Nows customer service and details regarding treatment. I also am dissatisfied with their handling of minor patients during the ***** pandemic. During 2020 and 2021, I was Informed I would not be allowed to accompany my minor daughter during her dental appointments. I had the worst experience and believe that this location is scamming their clients with misleading services. They offered the service for me for implants i was to have done, they set my molding back multiple times and could not seem to get the fitting right which I understand once or twice after the initial but it wasn't, it was more than 3x. Castle Dental Sugar Land office (**** **** ****** **** ** ***** ***** ** *****. I had an appointment on 5/22/2021, went there but found the office was not open. I called the next Monday, was told they did close that day, but I never received call/message/email that informs the closure or reschedule. Actually I had received message confirm the appointment on 5/21. Very disappointed.

I went to the Lakewood, WA Bright Now Dental. From the beginning there were constant billing issues. They would submit a bill to insurance, no follow up, and then would bill me! This last visit I was made to presign a bill for sleep sedation for $566 I was put in a room they hooked up oxygen, and blood pressure cuff. The Dentist then asks "are we here today for implants?" Never ever use this company - they told both me and my son we needed root canals and crowns on all of our Teeth - which would cost 55 grand . They were never polite the doctor barely spoke English she informed me all of my teeth are bad as well as my sons and that they could kill us I am formed her my son was in pain and we could not afford that treatment plan. They got me in quick and were polite, but I left in more pain than when I arrived. I was happy at first before my procedure because I thought that I finally found a place to finish up everything I needed done, but no way will I come back and drop anymore money when they basically said you should be good and call us in 2 days if you're still in pain. I had a very bad experience at the monarch dental in hot springs ar. I was there for an extraction. My wife and I mentioned I will want to get 2 extracted. Everything went fine while waiting in the room. There started a very heated argument with the dentist dental assistants. Yelling and cussing at the ladies.
