Just had our 6th Castle window installed. Love all these windows... casement, picture, and double-hung. They look fantastic with our remaining original windows on our 103 year old home. Love the energy savings too! Installers are thorough, professional, and courteous.

We went to the Michiana Home Show on Friday and met two people from Castle Windows who scheduled an in home estimate for 2 PM on Saturday. We received a courtesy call from an 855 number at 12:44 reminding us of the 2PM appointment; at 1:49 we received a call informing us that our 2PM appointment had been 'moved' to 3:30 'due to bad traffic.'
