Everyone was very knowledgeable about their product and their job. Roof was completed in a day, three and a half weeks after signing contract. Did more than was promised as we were told only the house would have the ridge vent, not the garage. Ridge vent was installed on both. They also installed a new skylight and reinstalled the lightning rods and tv antenna and replaced all the drip edges. The shingles look great and the warranty is 50 years and 130 mph winds. Very well pleased.

It took a while for our materials to arrive but they had amazing customer service, very ************************ were very polite and efficient at their jobs, they did 9 windows within 4 hrs and that includes setting up and cleanup at the end, I have no complaints whatsoever
My Wife and I bought our home in ******** A year and five months ago. We were assured our home was move in ready and had no issues to date but little did we know we would start having serious issues a few months after move in. The roof and front porch were the serious issues out of all the others. I called 10 different companies to look at the roof and porch and got no answers whatsoever. We met with our Castle Centurion representative and signed the contract at the end of March for 14 windows. An estimated install date in mid-August was given. We were delighted when they were installed in early July! Windows were efficiently installed, ten upstairs and 4 downstairs.
