I was a little skeptical about using Castle windows because I knew nothing about them and never heard of them. However, they have met and exceeded my expectations. I love the windows and would recommend them to anyone asking about window replacement. They have their own employees who install the windows, they don't contract out. So the guys who installed my windows knew what they were doing. They did a great job cleaning up afterward too. With the exception of having new windows I would have never known they were here! The sales rep Tim was professional, friendly and patient. He answered all the questions and he was never pushy or insistent. We came to a price that was fair and alot less than I thought I would spend. The installation was communicated, smooth, and pretty quick. This company is honest, has good prices and the product is awesome!! Replaced half of our houses windows 4 years ago and just called them to replace the other half... and the price was lower!! Always wanted a bay window and finally at age 93 I have a beautiful one! The quality of workmanship and installation is great. Wanted it before Thanksgiving so I could surprise my guests and it was installed a week before as promised! Have received so many compliments. Love the cherry finish even tho it doesn't quite match the existing window trim---a minor detail! Definitely a 5 star rating!
