WOW! The new windows are fantastic. We love them so much. We had 15 windows installed in one day with some trim work done. Not only were the installers efficient, they were conscientious and did fantastic work. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and really seemed to take pride in their work. I would recommend Castle Windows, Fort Wayne to anyone. The windows make a big difference in the look of the house. This winter will tell the story of energy savings.
We love our new windows! They were able to install them all in one day, and rebuilt several of the wooden windowsills with pieces that were removed, so that the new windows fit and looked "right" with the existing sills and trim. The men were nice and friendly. The windows are very efficient; it used to takes 4-6 HOURS for the temperature to drop enough when we closed up and turned on the air - now the house feels cooler right away and the temperature drops in 1-2 hours!

This is the 2nd time that we have used Castle Windows. 1st were windows, now a patio door. Installers always do a great job. All personnel are friendly. The warranty?.....amazing! No matter what happens, customer service is peak!
