The product is amazing. PK (the salesman) was down to earth and has great follow up. The installers were cordial and kind. I would recommend Castle Windows and will use them again in the future if the need arises. Happy customer :)

We went to the Michiana Home Show on Friday and met two people from Castle Windows who scheduled an in home estimate for 2 PM on Saturday. We received a courtesy call from an 855 number at 12:44 reminding us of the 2PM appointment; at 1:49 we received a call informing us that our 2PM appointment had been 'moved' to 3:30 'due to bad traffic.'
