We have slowly been replacing windows in our old house at a rate that has taken several years. They were friendly, fair, prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and they cleaned up after themselves. One of our windows from last year had a problem, they took care of it with no questions.

Great people. We had new windows put in the whole house! The old windows had cold radiating from them and were not clear. The new windows are Chrystal clear and you can stand next to and not feel a draft! The people who installed the windows were great! Very polite and house was as clean inside as before they started. Would recommend them highly. Would do it again without hesitation!!

I recently bought a 70 year old home that was in desperate need of new windows. The staff was amazing and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. The financing is a very nice option and they took care of everything. The installation was a few weeks out, but no fault of their own. Installation was done in about 8 hours and the crew made sure everything was cleaned up upon leaving. I am in love with my new windows. Thanks so much to Castle Windows for making this a nice experience!!

Would have received five stars except for one thing. The time to installation was 6-8 weeks as stated on contract. Waited almost ten weeks. Windows and installers get five stars.

We recently had nine new double-hung windows installed in our home by Castle Windows. From start to finish, everyone I spoke with during the process were professional and knowledgeable from the salesman to setting up the appointment to install. And the timeline from ordering the windows to install was even a little earlier than promised. My wife and I thought we were getting the best windows on the market. They were certainly priced that way. We had 4 windows done and the cost was over $6200.00. When the work was finished there were large gaps between the house and the window frame on all of the windows. These gaps were “fixed” with caulk. The windows look ok and function well (one is just a picture window so it doesn’t even open) but they don’t have the wow factor of new windows compared to the original windows they replaced from 1963 or the rest of our nei... read more
