The sales rep Tim was professional, friendly and patient. He answered all the questions and he was never pushy or insistent. This company is honest, has good prices and the product is awesome!! Replaced half of our houses windows 4 years ago and just called them to replace the other half... and the price was lower!! We are extremely happy with everyone from the salesperson to the customer service to the installers! We will recommend Castle Windows to everyone we know!!

Always wanted a bay window and finally at age 93 I have a beautiful one! The quality of workmanship and installation is great. Wanted it before Thanksgiving so I could surprise my guests and it was installed a week before as promised! Have received so many compliments. Love the cherry finish even tho it doesn't quite match the existing window trim---a minor detail! Definitely a 5 star rating!
