We met with our Castle Centurion representative and signed the contract at the end of March for 14 windows. An estimated install date in mid-August was given. We were delighted when they were installed in early July! Windows were efficiently installed, ten upstairs and 4 downstairs. The work areas and new windows were cleaned to my picky standards Later that afternoon I remarked to my husband that I felt like the downstairs was colder than usual. I sustained roof damage from the derecho that hit ************** on 6-13-22. ****** was sent out to patch the hole, but I'm having issues with them actually repairing my roof which is not even a year old. I have called twice and told someone would get back with me. To my knowledge they still have not sent a quote to my insurance company. I feel like I'm getting the run-around. If they are busy due to storm damage then please communicate that to me; don't give me the false sense that my repair will happen quickly.
They did an amazing job on my roof! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

The crew that came out were professionally kind to all of our concerns and for the kids, they clean up everyday at the end before leaving the whole job was 18 windows(with 2 being oversize ) and took 3 days. We now know how much money we were losing with the old windows, the first floor was set and trim in the first dat except the 2 oversize windows. It dropped to 30 degrees that and the house was still73 in the morning.

By the time ************ arrived to do the estimate, we had already met with a few window companies and did some research. **** was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the company/product. He showed up on time, was very professional and courteous. He took as much time as we needed to go over everything and even answered some questions we had about other products they offer.
