The sales rep Shiela really sold us not only on the product, but the company and its employees. Windows became available earlier than expected, and Don completed the job efficiently despite the extremely low temperatures. Another representative came by this week to inspect the work. So far I am pleased with job, and would recommend this company.

ZERO STARS. I called for a quote for a new roof. The company would not schedule the quote without my husband being present at the appointment. My husband does not own this property, nor does he manage it. 3 reps at this company said it is their policy to have all decision makers present at the quote. They would not accept that as a woman, I am the decision maker. The rep hung up on me when I explained that I am the decision maker and only I would be present at the quote. The service from the sales call to the installation has been fantastic. The warranty can not be beat by any other company. We highly recommend Castle Centurion.
Was not expecting our replacement windows until mid to end of January. Surprise, they were installed today with less than one days notice. Had to scramble to clear space, but installers arrived on time, were very professional, very quick and very good at their craft. The house already feels warmer! So far I am very satisfied with the windows, the installation and Castle Centurions follow-up as I have already received a call from them to ensure I was satisfied with the windows and installation/installers. Everyone was very knowledgeable about their product and their job. Roof was completed in a day, three and a half weeks after signing contract. Did more than was promised as we were told only the house would have the ridge vent, not the garage. Ridge vent was installed on both. They also installed a new skylight and reinstalled the lightning rods and tv antenna and replaced all the drip edges. The shingles look great and the warranty is 50 years and 130 mph winds. Very well pleased.
