I found Castle at the Bryan, Ohio Business and Industry show. The Salesman that come to my home for the window estimate was very friendly and didn't put any pressure on us. The product is high quality and the price was very good. Scott did the install of the 4 windows and had it done by mid day. Didn't have to clean up after him he did all of that. Greg was the salesman that came to my house to give me a free quote. He was no pushy or your typical sales guy. Scott took 2 days to put in and finish the outside of all 14 of my windows. He is very knowledgeable about windows and the process on how to install them. He is quiet but has all the answers. He also did a very nice job of cleaning up after his job was complete. I did have a window crack in the middle of winter, but Castle was out withing that same week to replace it just as their warranty says.
My initial contact with the company and rep began in December of 2016. I paid $10,000 for 11 windows in a fixer upper I had purchased. The windows were installed, , and the windows are wonderful, the guys did a very good job. There were several window frames that were damaged from moisture that I was assured would be repaired. I ran into the reps at the Home and Garden Show in early March and relayed my request, I also called the rep who sold me the windows to remind him, I'm still waiting.
