Absolutly Shocking. Ordered carpets and delivery. My Husband Took day off work waited in all day and no one came . He Rang shop to be told that I had rang and cancelled which was blatant lie. He then dismissed this and said he had checked the number and it had been another customer had rang him and they had wrong shop. He didn't even apologise and said we had ruined his day ! P.s they were very expensive carpets.he shouldn't be in business if this is how he treats people.
