Worked with Castillo Tours as a travel advisor in Florida. Seamlessly coordinated a two day, multi-charter fishing excursion for a large group. Only heard good things from the participants, and will absolutely be using again in the future!
We had an excellent experience with Castillo Tours! The entire crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the trip. The catamaran was very well maintained, spotless, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Everything was organized perfectly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our day and highly recommend Castillo Tours to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Excellent service from start to finish!
Excelente equipo, staff y servicio!
A total blast! Captain Robert took us safely on our tour while Adrian and Matthew bartended and Matthew kept the vibe fun and relaxed (he really pumped us all up!). Safety instructions were delivered clearly but without alarm, and most of the ride was just sipping rum drinks and chair dancing (poorly, in my case!) to Bad Bunny. The stop at the nature reserve was essentially like every postcard you ever saw that made you say, "I wish I could see crystal clear waters like that." Beautiful.
