The lady with red hair was very rude. I usually went to the shop without an appointment, but today I was rudely refused. At 4:30 p.m., she stated that she was busy with another client for another 40 minutes and that she intended to close the shop at 5 p.m., although it should close at 5:30 p.m. If you increase the price of a haircut (by a lot), I'd expect better customer service. Very rude and unprofessional.
