We were blessed to receive a mailer from Cassandra after an unsuccessful go at selling our house. She included comps and a note 'let me tell you how much your house is really worth'. So a year later we contacted her and within minutes received a response (those in customer service appreciate that!). We are so happy to work with Cassandra with leasing of our property. She is extremely knowledgable of the market to advise on the investment opportunity and the expected return. We were able to make the right choices during the entire process. She did an amazing job marketing that were able to get the property leased within a week!!
