Cassandra Homer did an appraisal on our fixer upper home after lots of improvements. She was very thorough, professional, detailed and a such a pleasure to work with. Because she is very knowledgable about the areas/neighborhoods she services, she was even able to make suggestions that would increase the value based on the area. Overall I would recommend her and her team!

Cassandra helped us find a house in Argyle and simultaneously advised us in the sale of our last house, in Plano. Cassandra really impressed us with her knowledge of Argyle area properties. My fiance and I met her through a mutual acquaintance. We're debating on buying the house we currently rent or buying another house in the area.
