We had talked to other realtors in the past and we didn't feel like they had our interests in mind at all. Cassandra told us straight up what was possible and what she would be able to help us with, and even corrected some things the previous realtors had told us. She made our dream of our first home possible, and for that we are forever grateful!

Was with us every step of the way on a complicated relocation and was very well informed on area. She went way above and beyond to meet all our needs and help us make the best selection. She was also very well informed on local requirements and zoning needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Cassandra is a super star! She's gets the job done and is a lot of fun to work with as well. She understood my personal needs and worked on my behalf to get me everything I needed and wanted in my new home.

Cassandra was a breath of fresh air. We've made some big moves in the last several years and this will be the biggest. We are moving from IL to TX. There is so much stress in finding a new home and so many things to consider.....location, school systems etc.... Cassandra made this process so easy for us and was willing to help out in more ways than one. My experience with Cassandra was awesome! It was my first home and I was extremely nervous about the process. My wish list was fairly long, but had a purchase price I didn't want to exceed. I started looking around May and by July I was all settled in. I would highly recommend Cassandra to anyone; she will work hard to find the right home for you and will teach a lot during the process.

Cassandra has been an amazing resource for selling our home. Based on her unique skills and knowledge, we were able to get above our asking price when we sold our home in Little Elm, Texas. She knows the area like no one else, and is ALWAYS available for questions -- even when we we had questions on the weekend. We will be using her again next spring when we again sell our home and move to the Austin area.

Buying a home can be stressful, buying one 2000 miles from where you are currently living is very stressful. Cassandra was there the whole way, explaining everything and making sure we were very taken care of. We ended up getting a great house for a great price and I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking for a house in the Dallas area

Cassandra Homer is a very thorough realtor, very helpful and goes above and beyond to get the job done and please her clients. She took us to a house to look at and it was just what we asked to see, exactly what we were looking for and then she helped us negotiate the price down to our range and we have loved the house and love Cassandra. You can tell she works very hard behind the scenes and takes her job very seriously. She is very friendly and made us feel very comfortable at the house.

Cassandra is incredibly attentive and responsive. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and hesitations. She was always available to discuss issues/concerns and was incredibly knowledgeable. She cares about keeping a lifetime client, so she does not try to push you into a purchase that doesn't make sense. She fights for her clients and treats them with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend!
