Cassandra was a lifesaver and I could not have completed this whole transaction without her. First, the house was on the market for 294 days with another agent when we finally took off the market for 35 days. Once we put it back on the market and use Cassandra we had an offer within 30 to 35 days. Cassandra and her staff were a lifesaver. After having my house on market for 294 days with ANOTHER realtor I took it off for 35 days and hired Cassandra to sell it. After about 30 - 35 days we had a contract and closed within about 25 more days. She worked her tail off up to the very last minute to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Terrific lady I have a new friend we were able to get problems done quickly THANK YOU The computer says I need to say more Great Plant sitter. She was able to help me with the transfer from a BIG house to SMALL , got a great mortgage co for me and helped with papers

What can I say about Veronica, she is awesome! If you need an agent whether its just to go browse and look at homes that catch your eye or you plan to buy a home, she's the perfect person to go too. As a first-time home buyer, I spent a long long long time trying to find the perfect home for my family (we shall I say). We had a great experience. We were moving from out of state and Veronica went above & beyond to help us find our home. Veronica showed us approximately 40 houses and we found one right before I was ready to leave to go back to Indiana Veronica took the time to get a hold of the realtor and get us into see it this is the house we eventually bought I was able to take care of all of the paperwork from Indiana While my husband was here in Dallas I would highly recommend her service

We moved to Texas from out of state. Veronica was great to help us find the area that was the best fit for us. She worked with our schedule to house hunt whenever we could come to town. She helped us find a great house in a great neighborhood!

Not only did Mrs Veronica sell be my first home, but my cousins and my girlfriend's first also. She worked hard to get us three the most out of each deal. I also do work for Veronica, she's fair, and supplies Veracity with allot of work and new customers! Must use!!!
