We bought a spec/new build, and Cassandra helped us negotiate over $40,000 off the asking price and got the builder to throw in free blinds throughout the house. Best agent in the area! We will use her again when it is time to upgrade!

Cassandra is indeed MASTERFUL! I am/was/and will continue to be impressed with her aptitude for all things real estate! We started our process with Cassandra Homer late April 2019. We were having a home built with completion due mid June. We met with Cassandra to discuss the sale of our home following her visit to our home in Lantana. Cassandra was a lifesaver and I could not have completed this whole transaction without her. First, the house was on the market for 294 days with another agent when we finally took off the market for 35 days. Once we put it back on the market and use Cassandra we had an offer within 30 to 35 days.
