Cassandra and her team were amazing to work with, and made the whole process a lot of fun which was key for us because it is already so stressful to sell a house while buying another one. In this case, we were building, and Cassandra was able to get us a ton of incentives so that was a bonus!
Tamara was recommended by a family friend, I live out of state and had so much anxiety about buying property out of state to help my college son who will be relocating to Texas in a few months. Tamara has been a god sent, she has been there for me every step of the way, she even drove over an hour to a property to check the location out for herself. Cassandra is a phenomenal agent! She was attentive, patient, and detailed throughout the entire process of selling our home. She answered texts within minutes, patiently listened to normal house-selling concerns, and sold our home ABOVE list price after being on the market for less two weeks. Also important to note, Cassandra is personable and has a great sense of humor, helping to make a very stressful time less intense. I highly recommend Cassandra and her staff!!
