Beautiful setting, great accomodation. Would definitely recommend.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The accommodation was brilliant, didnt need to bring anything other than food and clothes! The toilets and showers was immaculately clean. Nicky and Jason was amazing, they let our children help with the horses. Its in the middle of nowhere so such a lovely retreat and getting back to nature. There is a Tesco 15mins away too. We will definitely be coming back here, highly recommend!
Just home from a 4 night stay in the Treehouse at Caspian Wood. Nicky and her family were the perfect hosts and made us feel so welcome. Our children took part in an art workshop and spent some time with Nicky's horses which all added to the experience. The Treehouse itself was great. Lovely, comfy beds for us all, cosy lighting and cool decor. The kitchen was well equipped and easily met all our needs, having hot water on tap was great! Caspian Wood Glamping is the most chilled place ive ever been, The farm offers 3 different types of lodging, we had the Lakeside house. Unlike some glamping places this place has outside kitchen, which is under cover , a table and a fire pit/bbq. the place is well secluded and as there is a steep incline each side you hardly feel any wind or rain. Showers and toilets are a minute walk away . On arrival you get free eggs and wood for the fire pit, which is a bonus. the onwers are welcoming and took our kids to feed and clean ... read more
Stayed here this weekend (2 adults 4 kids 9, 11, 13, 15) and everyone loved it. Such a special place- full of wildlife and very relaxing. The kids loved frog holding, pond dipping, bat watching, cherry picking, (and cherry pie making), egg collecting etc. It felt like camping - slowed down pace of life....we ended up "doing" very little - but that was perfect!.... but with all the home comforts which made it very easy.
