I purchased a laptop online on 6 May. It was due to be delivered by DHL a couple days later. On 10 May I could no longer track the order and it had not been delivered. I couldn't get through to an actual human via the DHL customer service helpline, they didn't respond to any of my customer queries or emails, and eventually after a painful process I finally got an automated response to say that my parcel had been returned to the seller. I recently bought a laptop cooler from Cash Converters in Hemel Hempstead, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dan, the manager, was incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. He took the time to assist me and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The price was more than fair, and the whole process was smooth and pleasant.
