Excellent customer service from Lindan . He literally walked to me less than a minute when I walked in to the shop . Martin (the manager ) also walked over to me to help me decide on the item and also explained how cash converters work . Amazing team overall in the shop ; I wanted to buy everything

First class service from Sarah today had to return a faulty phone down to technical issue . Not a problem to Sarah apologise for the inconvenience decided to go for another more expensive model to which she sorted! Best service I've experienced for a long long time, was a pleasure cash converters !

Bought a ps4 and 2 pads Put on the ps4 and the pads would not connect , I had to go out and buy 2 brand new pads. After finally getting the new pads set up I set up the PS4 , inserted disc to play a game only for the disc not to work, and to top things off the disc won't eject from the console. Its an absoloute joke. The consoles also making funny noises. I wouldn't mind but before they buy these things don't they have to test them first to make sure they are fully working.
