I recently purchased a second-hand phone from Cash Converter Preston on Friday 23rd May 2025, and due to a change in circumstance. I had to return the item. I visited the store on Sunday 25th May 2025 before noon to request a return. I was served by a courteous staff member. However, he informed that unless the phone was defective, returning it was not an option.
