Luke was amazing in the Exeter store. He was so knowledgeable and helpful about our purchases and had a lot of patience with us. Jon was also helpful with us today.
Rude staff . They refuse to refund 4.99 £ for a TV remote control what doesn't work. They wanted to test that but says don't know how long it's take....so I've left that on the store....I didn't loose nothing.... just my time speaking with them
Staff super friendly and knowledgeable
Popped in yesterday on visit to Exeter I was basically JUMPED on by staff asking if I need any help I do not like this I like to browse without being harassed ! Also this place is EXTREMELY expensive
