I would just like to say a very big thank you to Simone and all of the staff. I have used Cash converters for years now but never have I received the kind of service that I received last week. I purchased a phone which turned out to be faulty nothing that they could have done beforehand would have found out that there was a problem but once it was pointed out to them they went above and beyond to ensure that I got another unit and to ensure that it was perfectly working before I went back to pick it up the amount of effort t... read more
