Never usually have to wait long for their services and when pawning a item when you're in need of money, they even go out of their way and loan me more money than what they'd normally offer someone. Went in for buy back and the staff are always very good and offer a great service.
Hit or miss with the games they need to be updated bit more because theres a same game in there that cost like 2-3 different prices
