First Class Customer Service Bought a mobile phone on their website which was delivered the next day before midday recorded delivery. It worked perfectly and was like new. Sadly two months down the line, it got blacklisted as the previous owner must have decided to report it as lost/stolen after selling it to Cash Converters. I had a great experience at Cash Converters Bethnal Green! The staff were friendly, professional, and really helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and offered a fair price for my items. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse, and there’s a good selection of quality products at reasonable prices. ⭐ 0.5 stars (if only I could!) This was, without question, the worst possible experience I’ve ever had in a shop. I would have awarded half a star if the system allowed it — but alas, the cruelty of Google prevents me from truly capturing the despair of my visit. Great people working there, been there a few times with my gf and it's always been a nice experience. I had an issue with a purchase on ebay with them, and they were very keen to get it sorted quickly, no hassle.

Absolutely amazing experience! Called ahead to check they had what I wanted and they said they had one in stock! When I got there the store looked amazing! It’s had a total revamp it looks great! I went there for a bass guitar and it turns out the one they mentioned on the phone was exactly what I was looking for!
