I bought the item online and Cristian the store manager was very understanding and responsive. The product always as described and arrive on time.
I called the branch to check on a mobile phone that I wanted to order online. The photos on the website was not too clear and not able to see any physical damages or scratches on the screen. I was pleased that I called. Spoken to Toby who was very helpful. He did a visual check of the item and described to me any physical damage he can see. Very honest with the description. I ended ordering it online. Item received as described. Very good service the team at Romford branch!
