Terrible
Scam artists. I purchased a very expensive hammer drill for some home diy projects, ended up using it a handful of times so a few months later i took it to the store to try and get some of the money i paid back. All boxed used no more than 3 times had a full receipt stating that almost £500 was paid. I was offered £120, i left the store and another customer 'followed me out' and proceeded to offer to take it off my hands for a bit more.
