Absolute joke, I used too use these quite often, but lately all they do is lowball you bad, especially one of the workers there named Chris, he is arrogant and useless, the prices he gives are carboot sale prices, embarrassing

I have used cash converters Bolton in the past and I don’t have a complaint with the store itself. They have great and friendly staff that have always gone the extra mile to help and I feel very comfortable with them and would recommend the store to anyone. The reason for my low stars is probably more to do with head office I’ve been away for a week and unable to get my stuff and the QR code on my form was not working and as a result I have lost my stuff that I had on but back. I go in cash converter often as im single mum and need abit of help sometimes. I had a bump in the road as they say with this company but they put the wrong right straight away. It is refreshing nowadays as most companys find a way to blame the costumer. Always willing help and most of all a fair price for your goods which is what we like 😊
