Needed a laptop to replace a stolen one. Had a very good idea what I wanted and asked the guy behind the counter - Joe if I could look at and compare 2 side by side . Her powered them up for me and basically let me look at the specs of each machine. I asked him a few questions which he answered settled on one and paid. Joe was genuinely helpful and I appreciated not being rushed by him. The laptop was very keenly priced and works perfectly. I'm very pleased with the purchase, shop and Joe's helpfulness .
Bought a used Samsung s24 ultra from here was abit worried about the condition as it was the cheapest I could find. ordered it at 3pm collected at 4.30pm. condition was excellent for the price and I've been using it all evening without any problems Store staff was friendly and let me check the phone thoroughly before I left Thanks
Bought a ps4 and was not working so took back and the same with the second one so took that back and would not change again just gave a refund would not bye ever again in this store
Shop was busy, but Jamie still went out of his way to help. Excellent service
