Bought a smartwatch the other day and had a great experience. One of the staff which from what I could tell was a new hire helped me out, didn't catch his name, but he was really helpful and knew his stuff. Made sure everything was working properly and the process was quick and easy. Solid service.

Easter wkend, extension date 1/4/24 travelled from Gosport on public transport(£17 1adult 1child) on Saturday 30/3/24, was shut even though only day not a bank hol, even though website states open, no response on phone obvs, or email yet, it now 2nd April extension date gone, has my £850 phone????
