The staff is phenomenal. Love the Italian Ice and the frozen towels. It's the little touches that make it stand out.

I'd say half the people that work here are awesome the other half do not reflect the brand. Hotel is elegant and beautiful and the valets are the best.

Maybe I had high expectations for a Waldorf Astoria property, but for the cost of a stay this property shouldn't be so outdated. Landscaping needs help (dead plants) and there is no wow factor.
