Is certainly the best hotel structure from Key West. But the service and the staff at reception are terrible. VERY expensive to poor service!!!
Restaurant wait staff very slow......make sure if you pay $389 a night for a room with an ocean view that you can actually see the ocean and not a bunch of palm trees!!!

Had a great experience, will be back. But don't eat at the hotel - ripoff especially breakfast buffet.

The Sun Sun pool bar has amazing cocktails. Order a skinny cucumber lemonade or a Moscow mule, grab a hammock, and lose a few hours.

Very nice hotel, great service. Good location, close to Key West main attractions but not at walking distance.
