I had my first service at Caruso Ford in Long Beach this week and they were outstanding. Phil did a great job of making sure each of my concerns were met and they got my car in and out with everything I asked for and more!

Great place to buy a car! I wouldn't buy a Ford from anywhere else!

While traveling across country, it was time for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. The Service personnel were exceptional, catered to our need and went above and beyond our expectations! We recommend this dealership and its personnel with 5 stars!!

Really great people working there! I went to Ford of Montebello (which I don't recommend) and a few others, but the service here was excellent! I work for a company that values our customers, and I gotta say the team here were awesome! Ask for Mary or Manny, they helped me out and I'm sure they can help you! Thanks again guys for helping me pick out the truck I was looking for! ��

the whole staff is super friendly and knowledgable and most importantly not Pushy. I told them over the phone what I was looking for and they had the car ready for me to test drive, and buy. the paper work was quick and it was a great car buy-in experience
