I returned after purchasing a 2014 Edge and finding out that one of the seals on sunroof was damaged. After showing the person, at the dealership, the problem area, he took the the car and in less than 45 minutes brought it back with 2 new seals installed and I was on my way. I have dealt with Caruso Ford and Lincoln before and had the same results. Would recommend to anyone.

I wasnt thinking of buying the car the same day but the best job and the infornation that was giving to me i couldnt leave untill i had the car with me with the help off the staff that took care of everything on a quick time thank u
Very friendly and upfront...Annette is great.! I love that I can either get a ride home or stay in their very comfortable lounging area. They always have cofffee available and snacks. Like the fact that I get take my laptop and use their Wifi. They also automatically put in two rebates for the work that I was having done.!
