Absolutely the single worst experience service I've ever experienced. I'll never take my car back to them again. I don't believe they did anything the were supposed to do and what they did do was wrong.

i won't buy a car anywhere else because of the service department at Caruso Ford. We buy American, and Don is my 'go to guy' whenever i need service on my Expedition. They work fast, keep me informed and even shuttle me to and from when i need a ride. Over 20 years with Caruso...I am a customer for life

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I was a little surprised that my vehicle was returned to me not being washed. Not that it’s a big deal. I just thought that was part of the service. However I will be returning as a customer. Again everyone was great! �

Well it was last year when i bought my Mustang GT and loving every minute of it. I had a trip to the service dept. and was welcome by the service adviser Mr. Don Mace who gave me an excellent customer service it was the first oil change, Caruso Ford and Mr. Don Mace thank you for standing behind me and for your excellent service.
The people are nice and courteous. Jose in service went out of his way to get my car done quickly and well! It is driving like a top again since the oil change and the backup camera replaced.
